Dustin is a native of Kansas City, MO and has an extensive background in business development and management. With over nine years of experience as a small business owner, he understands the challenges and risks of small business ownership and the risks associated. Dustin knows firsthand the importance of having the right coverage to protect his hard work and most precious resources: his family and his livelihood.

Dustin’s understanding of value-based insurance lends him well to service to others, and he consistently provides excellent value to our clients and makes a difference in their lives and operation every day. He is licensed in all lines of insurance with nine years of insurance experience—roughly half of that time spent as an agency owner and the other half as an agency consultant. He was responsible for training, staffing, and advising new and existing agents for one of the country’s leading insurance carriers.

Dustin takes great pride in playing a lead role in opening 39 agencies over the past decade and has helped others achieve their dreams of small business ownership. Dustin is a testament to what servant leaders represent and the value they bring as a risk manager and insurance professional.
